Paid reports give you the flexibility to run as many reports as you want, as often as you want. They are an invaluable resource whether you are buying, selling, or running a dealership that needs consistency.

How reports work

The full vehicle report

It is a dated research record for one VIN. The report shows how the car was built, battery state of health*, a battery and drive unit warranty estimate, the option code build sheet, and a VIN digit breakdown. It shows the records available on the day it runs. It is not a mechanical inspection, a title report, or a promise that Tesla will keep a feature or policy.

*Battery health and coverage

*The report checks battery state of health (SoH) for Model Y, Model 3 from 2018, Model S from 2021, and Model X from 2022. An eligible car does not always return a usable reading, and Tesla does not report battery SoH for Cybertrucks yet. Battery SoH depends on the data Tesla makes available. A full vehicle report runs on any Tesla VIN, and what it contains depends on the records Tesla returns for that car.

How long purchased reports last

Purchased reports stay available for 12 calendar months, plus one automatic 90-day grace period. Your account shows the final date with the grace period included. Each purchase keeps its own final date, and a later purchase does not extend an earlier one. We send reminders before reports expire.

Complimentary reports

Your three complimentary reports come back every day. Reports we add to your account by hand, for example as a courtesy, expire 30 days after we add them. Complimentary reports have no cash value and are not refundable or transferable, and your account uses them before purchased reports.

If a report fails to generate

We restore the report to your account automatically. If the purchase it came from is within seven days of its final date, the restored report gets at least seven usable days.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider; SC01Guide.com does not store your card details. Because reports are digital and delivered instantly, please review our Refund Policy before you buy. Your purchase is also subject to our Terms of Service.
