Email [email protected]. Send the message from the email address on your account when the issue involves sign-in, credits, a purchase, or a saved report.
What to include
- Whether you are using the website, iPhone app, or iPad app
- The page or feature where the problem happened
- The VIN, report reference, or purchase receipt when relevant
- The exact error message and a screenshot if one is available
Do not send a full payment-card number or a current one-time sign-in code. We will never ask for either one by email.
Account and data requests
Sign in to review your account, reports, and credits. For account deletion, privacy, or data-access questions, use the account controls or email us from the address on the account. Read the Privacy Policy for details.
Purchases and refunds
If credits did not appear, a report did not open, or you see an incorrect charge, include the purchase date and Stripe receipt or order reference. Our Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled.
Service information
Vehicle information can be incomplete, estimated, or unavailable. Support can explain what a field means or investigate a technical problem, but cannot confirm a vehicle's condition or replace an independent inspection. Review our Terms of Service and vehicle report guide for the service limits and report contents.
